Aims & Means of the CW

Current issues:

PROBLEM:
People living on the streets are generally NOT welcome to use toilets in businesses or in private homes. A public health hazard arises as our friends are thereby forced to void bowels & bladders in public places, which incidentally annoys others in public spaces.

SOLUTION:
Without the people opening their businesses & homes, the City ABSOLUTELY MUST provide for safe disposal of humanure and human urine due to public health/safety concerns.

MESSAGE FOR MS. OMALLEY & YOUR specific COUNCILPERSON:
The first question is: "What can you do to provide toilets immediately for folks who need them?"
The second question is: "Can you please make sure the City budget provides such toilets for tourists and the Homeless residents here alike, asap?"
